Goal Setting!

Hi guys!  Well, its been a while. How have you all been? Hopefully every ones response was “Good!”.

 

The reason I’ve called you all here is that we are nearly a month into 2014 and the only goal I’ve set so far is to set my goals. So, here we go.

 

1. SET GOALS

Take the time to set and publish a list of things I want to achieve before the end of the year.

 

2. PASS CERTIFICATE 3 IN FITNESS

The course is paid for and starting real soon. Put in all the effort and pass this course first time. Don’t get lazy and procrastinate on assignments. Study hard.

 

3. ATTEMPT CERTIFICATE 4 IN FITNESS

Pass Cert 3 and look into at least starting Cert 4. If possible to attempt, copy and paste everything from the cert 3 goal.

 

4. BE MORE ACTIVE

Being active consists of more than just cricket on a saturday. Try new ways of exercise, no matter how weird they seem. Perhaps try to train for a marathon and various stair climbs for 2015 dates.

 

5. DO SOME COACHING COURSES

If you want to be a coach, then start doing coaching courses of any kind. Research on line for more.

 

6. BE LESS ANGRY

Being less angry should mean being happier. Vent frustrations in a healthy way (being more active should help). Being happier should lead to being nicer to others as well, so try and be nice to everyone.

 

7. BAKE AT LEAST ONE THEMED CAKE A MONTH

Everyone enjoys cakes, and you enjoy creating them. Use your new kitchen to your benefit by improving your self learned cake decorating skills.

 

So there they are. My 2014 goals. Most I have been quietly working on already, but they aren’t really goals until you set them in place.
